We build our industry specializations around our Operating Partners, each of whom has more than 25 years of direct experience within his industry, as well as our team's investment acumen and experience. We also maintain the flexibility to invest outside of our targeted sectors in order to take advantage of opportunities across a broad range of industries. We invest in a wide variety of transaction structures, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital and equity-like investments in both public and private companies. Our flexible investment mandate allows us to seize and capitalize on private equity opportunities regardless of industry sector or the form of the transaction.

Diamond Castle invests on behalf of a diverse group of investors, including some of the largest domestic and international public and corporate pension funds, university endowments, foundations and high net worth individuals.
