Ari J. Benacerraf
Mr. Benacerraf is a Senior Managing Director and co-founder of Diamond Castle. His primary areas of focus are the energy and power, healthcare and industrial sectors.

Prior to founding the Firm in 2004, Mr. Benacerraf was a Managing Director at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, which he joined in 1995. Previously, he was a Vice President at Bankers Trust Company and an Associate at Banque Nationale de Paris.

Mr. Benacerraf is a Director of Managed Health Care Associates, Inc., Public Safety Equipment, Catamount Energy Corporation and NES Rentals Holdings, Inc. He is a former Director of American Ref-Fuel Company, Amatek Holdings S.A., Frontier Drilling ASA and Seabulk International, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBLK). He holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and an M.B.A. from The Johnson School of Management of Cornell University.

Michael W. Ranger
Mr. Ranger is a Senior Managing Director and co-founder of Diamond Castle. His area of focus is the energy and power sector.

Prior to founding the Firm in 2004, Mr. Ranger was Co-Chairman of DLJ Global Energy Partners, which was responsible for DLJ Merchant Banking's energy investing activities, since 2002. Previously, he was an investment banker in the energy and power sector for 20 years, most recently as Head of the Domestic Power Group at CSFB and prior to that as Group Head of Global Energy & Power at DLJ. Before joining DLJ in 1990, he was a Senior Vice President in the Energy & Utility Group at Drexel Burnham Lambert and was a member of the Utility Banking Group at Bankers Trust.

Mr. Ranger is a Director of Catamount Energy Corporation and Consolidated Edison Company of New York (NYSE:ED). He is a former Director of TXU Corp. (NYSE:TXU), on which he served as chairman of its Strategic Transactions Committee until the company's sale to a group of private equity investors in 2007, and American Ref-Fuel Company. He is a Trustee Emeritus of St. Lawrence University and, Chairman of the Board, of The Seeing Eye, Inc. and a member of the Board of Morristown-Beard School. He holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University.

Andrew H. Rush
Mr. Rush is a Senior Managing Director and co-founder of Diamond Castle. His primary areas of focus are the financial services, communications and healthcare sectors.

Prior to founding the Firm in 2004, Mr. Rush was a Managing Director at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, which he joined in 1989. Previously, he was a corporate attorney.

Mr. Rush is a Director of PRC, LLC, Harbor Point Limited and Checksmart Financial Company. He is a former Director of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited (NYSE:AXS), Nextel Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:NXTP), neuf telecom S.A., 360networks inc. (NASDAQ:TSIX), Accellent, Inc. (formerly UTI Corp.), Triax Midwest Associates, LP, US Express Leasing, Inc. and several other companies. David M. Wittels
