Linda A. Grogan
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Grogan is Diamond Castle's Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Ms. Grogan was Director of Tax at CSFB Private Equity, which she joined in 2001. Her primary focus was tax planning and investor tax reporting for the DLJ Merchant Banking partnerships. Previously, she was a Director at KPMG in the Financial Services Tax Group and the Department of Professional Practice.

Ms. Grogan is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. She holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from St. John's University.

William J. Denehy
Controller
Mr. Denehy is Diamond Castle's Controller.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Mr. Denehy was a Fund Controller at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, which he joined in 2002. Previously, he was an auditor in the financial services sector.

Mr. Denehy is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. He holds a B.B.A, summa cum laude, from Pace University and an M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business at New York University.

Michelle A. Florio
Fund Controller
Ms. Florio is Diamond Castle's Fund Controller.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2007, Ms. Florio was an Assistant Controller at Clearwater Partners, which she joined in 2006. Previously, she was an Assistant Vice President at JP Morgan Partners.

Ms. Florio holds a B.B.A. from Hofstra University and an M.B.A. from Dowling College.
