George L. Fotiades

Mr. Fotiades is Chairman of Healthcare investments at Diamond Castle.

Prior to joining Diamond Castle in 2007, Mr. Fotiades was President and Chief Operating Officer of Cardinal Health, Inc., the Fortune 20, leading provider of products and services supporting the health care industry. Prior to that position, he served as President and CEO of Cardinal's Pharmaceutical Technologies and Services segment, the largest provider of contract manufacturing and packaging services to the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, he served in a variety of executive roles including President of Warner-Lambert's consumer healthcare business and senior positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Wyeth and Procter & Gamble.

Mr. Fotiades is non-executive Chairman of Catalent Pharma Solutions, and is a Director of Managed Health Care Associates, Inc., Suture Express, Inc. and York Label. Additionally, Mr. Fotiades is a Director of the following public companies: Prologis (NYSE: PLD), The Alberto-Culver Company (NYSE: ACV) and Cantel Medical Corp (NYSE: CMN). He holds an A.B. from Amherst College and an M.M. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

H. Eugene Lockhart

Mr. Lockhart is Chairman of Financial Institutions investments at Diamond Castle.

Prior to joining Diamond Castle in 2005, Mr. Lockhart was a Venture Partner at Oak Investment Partners focusing on financial services technology opportunities. Previously, he served in a variety of senior executive roles at various organizations, including President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterCard International, Chief Executive Officer of Midland Bank plc, President of the Global Retail Bank of Bank of America and President of Consumer Services at AT&T.

Mr. Lockhart is Chairman of NetSpend Corporation. Additionally Mr. Lockhart is a director of Tygris Commercial Finance Group, Vesta Corporation and Checksmart Financial Company. Additionally Mr. Lockhart is the Director of the following public companies: IMS Health Inc. (NYSE: RX), RadioShack Corp. (NYSE: RSH), and Asset Acceptance Corp. (NASDAQ: AACC). He is a former Director of RJR Nabisco Holdings (NYSE: RJR), First Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC), LendingTree, Inc. (NASDAQ: TREE) and several other companies.

Mr. Lockhart is also a Director of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation (Monticello) and has served as President of the Board of Managers of the University of Virginia and Chairman of The Darden School Foundation Board of Trustees. He holds a B.S., with Honors, from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.

James J. Moore, Jr.
Chairman, Energy & Power
Mr. Moore is Chairman of Energy & Power investments at Diamond Castle.

Prior to joining Diamond Castle in 2008, Mr. Moore was the CEO of Catamount Energy Corporation. Catamount is a wind energy company and was a portfolio company of Diamond Castle before it was sold to Duke Energy in 2008.

Prior to joining Catamount in 2001, Mr. Moore was the Chairman and CEO of American National Power (ANP), one of the largest independent power producers in the United States, and a member of the Board of Directors of International Power Plc, the parent company of ANP. Mr. Moore was one of the founders of ANP in 1986. Previously, he served in a variety of legal, business development and executive roles in the energy industry since 1982.

Mr. Moore is a Director of Professional Directional Enterprises and KDC Solar LLC. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees for Green Mountain College in Vermont. He holds a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from the University of Houston.
